Research Facilities

We have established core facilities that provide students and faculty with State-of-the art equipment. We plan for them as new tools and techniques are developed into equipment for general use.

Our core facilities will provide:

• Laser scanning microscope (LSM510)
• fluorescence microscope (Axiovert 200M)
• Genetic analyzer (3130)
• Electron microscope (JEM-1200EX) with digital camera
• Flow cytometry (FACSAria II)

Policy

New user who wishes to use our facilities should contact the facility manager to schedule a training session and then is able to use the equipment. For information on access, training, and usage, please contact manager, Yunsheng Wang, at the e-mail address listed below.

After approval notification ,the trained, eligible users wish to reserve time on either instrument must contact the core facility manager for run time using the Reserve Lab and Equipment form on this website. When reserving lab and equipment please make sure to check the core facilities calendar for available times.
